CA. Sashikala Kurada is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Berhampur University and is a Commerce graduate. She also completed the Information Systems Audit (ISA) Certificate Course through ICAI in 2023. With over 20 years of professional experience, she has extensive exposure to accountancy, Audit, Assurance & Advisory, industrial and business consulting, financial and corporate consulting, and debt and equity structuring.

She has held several senior professional and financial leadership positions during her career, including Partner at Ramu & Ravi Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad, Financial Controller for a reputed group of companies for more than eight years, and Finance Manager at an MEP contracting company in Dubai for three years. She also worked as Senior Manager – Business Consulting at Baker Tilly for two years and as Director of Audit & Assurances at SM Joshi, Chartered Accountants, Dubai. Her areas of expertise include business advisory, credit enhancement, debt syndication, due diligence, feasibility studies, business planning, legal advisory and drafting, corporate advisory, taxation, treasury management, external and internal auditing, and concurrent and statutory audits of banks. She also has expertise in developing operational and financial internal policies and procedures and is presently in charge of the Vizag Branch of BN & Associates.
